Assign a Desk Phone to a User Print

To associate a phone to a user, please complete the following steps:

Information Needed:

1. User name

2. MAC address of the phone

1. Navigate to Call Manager > User Management > User/Phone Add > Quick User/Phone Add

2. Select the desired user from the find list and press Manage Devices.

3. Press Find a Phone to Move to This User

4. Select the Phone you want to assign to this user.

5. Press Move Selected.
